Abhirup and Adrija’s meeting was unusual. Both had gone to meet their respective arranged partners at the same coffee shop. Abhirup was there to meet someone else, thinking Adrija was the one, and Adrija was there to meet someone else, thinking Abhirup was the one. They struck up a conversation, and coincidentally, their tastes matched. They exchanged phone numbers and parted ways, only to realize later that they had met the wrong people.
Despite the mix-up, they became friends, meeting and talking regularly. Abhirup even took Adrija home to meet his family, and she won their hearts with her sweet nature. As time passed, they lost touch, but their families continued to arrange meetings with other potential partners.
One day, Abhirup called Adrija, and they discovered that both had got engaged. They joked about their future partners, saying they were good-looking and kind. On the wedding day, Abhirup shocked everyone by saying he couldn’t marry, as he loved Adrija. Forced to agree to the marriage, it turned out that Abhirup’s bride, Shreya, was actually marrying Riddhi, Adrija’s arranged partner.
A month later, Abhirup called Adrija and asked, “Will you marry me?” Adrija replied, “You couldn’t say it earlier? I had to plan all this.” Abhirup asked what she meant, and Adrija revealed that she, her parents, and her would-be in-laws had planned it all, as Abhirup never expressed his feelings.
Abhirup chuckled, “No way, I’ve already lost one bride; I won’t risk losing another!” They both burst out laughing. 😄
A sweet ending!

My name is Rajkumar Singh Yadav. I reside in Indra Nagar, Nai Abadi, Rehna, District Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
I hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry and Education, and I have also completed my Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). I have 20 years of teaching experience in the Chemistry department at various Intermediate Colleges. In addition, I run my own coaching institute in Firozabad, where I teach students.
My father had a deep passion for writing poetry. Inspired by his blessings and motivation, I also write poems in my free time. So far, I have completed two poetry collections titled “Ur Ki Awaaz” (The Voice of the Heart) and “Bhakti Ke 108 Deep” (108 Lamps of Devotion). However, these works have not yet been published. I am planning to have them published very soon.
